Terms of Service

1. What OmniAlpha Is

OmniAlpha is a data-aggregation, analytics, and decision-support terminal. It analyzes publicly available odds and market data and presents mathematical signals (e.g. "STRONG BUY," fair value, +EV edge) to help you make your own decisions about your own wagers, placed with third-party sportsbooks or exchanges of your choosing.

OmniAlpha is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold your betting funds, or place any bet on your behalf. Every wager you make is placed by you, with a third party, using your own funds and judgment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to sports wagering and daily-fantasy/prediction-market activity in your own state, province, or country -- these vary widely and OmniAlpha does not verify your location or legal eligibility to wager. If sports wagering is illegal where you live, do not use this service to place wagers.

3. No Guarantee of Profit -- Not Financial or Investment Advice

Signals, "fair value" estimates, and +EV framing are the output of a mathematical model applied to historical and live market data. They describe a statistical edge over a large sample size -- they are not predictions of any individual outcome, and they do not eliminate the very real risk of losing money on any given wager, or over any short stretch of wagers. Past performance shown anywhere in the app or on the marketing site (including the Oracle's track record, the Leaderboard, or public metrics) is historical and is not a guarantee of future results.

OmniAlpha is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. If OmniAlpha adds tools covering other markets (e.g. equities) in the future, that principle applies there too: informational and analytical support, never a guarantee or a personalized recommendation.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person -- sharing a paid account's access with others, or creating multiple accounts to claim more than one free trial, violates these Terms (see Section 6).

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid tiers (Entry, Sharp, Alpha) are billed monthly in advance through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are as shown on the Upgrade page at the time you subscribe. We may change prices for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice.
• You authorize PayPal to charge your chosen payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

6. Free Trial

New accounts may be offered one 7-day free trial of Entry-level access, no payment method required. One trial per person -- not per account. We use technical signals (including a device fingerprint) to detect the same person attempting to claim multiple trials across different accounts, and we reserve the right to deny or revoke trial access, or restrict an account's ability to start a trial, if we reasonably believe it's being used to circumvent the one-trial-per-person limit. This does not affect your ability to browse the Free tier or to subscribe and pay normally.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In short: you can cancel anytime directly from your PayPal account, your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, and we don't provide partial-month refunds except where required by law or at our discretion for a genuine billing error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to claim more than one free trial per person.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or automating access to the app or its data beyond normal interactive use.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing paid-tier access with people who haven't subscribed themselves.
• Any use that violates applicable law, including local laws governing sports wagering.

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms, including permanently barring an account from future free trials (see Section 6) without suspending the account's ability to browse Free tier or subscribe and pay normally.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular data feed (odds, live scores, Polymarket data, etc.) will always be available -- these depend in part on third-party sources outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniAlpha and its operators are not liable for any financial losses you incur from wagers you place, whether or not informed by a signal from this app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use OmniAlpha after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of OmniAlpha will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
