Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial
New accounts can start one 7-day free trial of Entry-level access -- no card required, no charge. You can end it anytime with zero cost; declining or ending the trial never charges you anything.
How Billing Works
Paid tiers (Entry, Sharp, Alpha) are billed monthly through PayPal and renew automatically each cycle until you cancel. You're billed at the start of each cycle for that upcoming month.
How to Cancel
Log into PayPal → Settings (gear icon) → Payments → Manage automatic payments → select the OmniAlpha subscription → Cancel.
Once cancelled, your paid access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account automatically drops to Free tier. You won't be charged again after cancelling.
Refunds
Because access is granted immediately for the billing period you're charged for, we generally don't provide refunds for the unused portion of a current month if you cancel partway through. If you believe you were charged in error -- a duplicate charge, a charge after you'd already cancelled, or a similar billing mistake -- email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it.
